Communication Upgrade

With RateChek+™ you will be assigned a dedicated account representative who you can speak with about your specific case.  The standard RateChek™ program is limited to email communication.

Document Review Upgrade

The standard RateChek™ documents that are review are limited to the Loan Estimate (LE), Closing Disclosure (CD), Fee Worksheet or any other type of document that outlines the terms of your mortgage.  RateChek+™ will review any document that is provided to you  in the loan process and give you a full evaluation and explanation.*

Tools Upgrade

RateChek+™ gives you access to a number of useful calculators that can be very informative during and after the loan process.  These include a Mortgage Calculator, an Extra Payment Calculator, Rent vs. Buy Calculator, Mortgage Comparison Tool, and an Advanced Mortgage Comparison Tool.
